Aproximación al paisaje urbano del yacimiento arqueológico de Santa Criz (Eslava) [Approximation of the urban landscape of the Santa Criz archaeological site (Eslava)]
Abstract
This article describes a general tour of the Roman urban and funerary landscape of the Santa Criz enclave (Eslava) through the explanation, in the case of the city of the living, of the installations erected in the forensic environment in three constructive phases (First quarter and second half of the first century AD and first half of the second century AD), which conditioned areas of public use active until the Low Empire.
The funerary landscape of the city, whose building phases are consistent with those of forensic space, on the other hand, is articulated in function of a paved funerary road in relation to which different types of buildings and cremation deposits are established.
