Agricultura y pesca fluvial en los valles de Guesálaz y Yerri

Abstract

Agriculture has been the main economic sector during the twentieth century in the valleys of Yerri and Guesálaz. In response to the Jose Miguel de Barandiarán’s ethnographic questionnaire, this article contains information about the types of crops and agricultural activities as well as river fishing. The field work shows a kind of society and a way of life that has evolved steadily in recent decades.
