Abstract
An ancient myth, the myth of Mari locates us at the beginning of our culture’s history. It represents the foundations of life’s femenine principle worship, and has been common to many ancient people. The myth has been developing throughout the history and, although submerged at the end of neolitic era in a sea of deities that represents the foundations of life’s male principle worship, it arises with intensity all over the Mediterranean sea at the end of neolitic era, from Tigris river to Finisterre, in the shape of different godesses representatives of the ancient myth.
