Memoria de actividades del Museo Etnológico de Navarra “Julio Caro Baroja” 2001-2004

Abstract

In this article we want to inform our readers about the situation of the project of building the Ethnological Museum of Navarra “Julio Caro Baroja”, which was founded in 1994 in the monastery of Irache, but which has not been opened yet. Meanwhile, we are working in different ways: increasing the number and subjects of our ethnographical samples, cataloguing the artifacts, recording the inmaterial trust and organising roving exhibitions all along Navarra so as to display in the presence of the society the potential of this museum
that is still waiting.
