Abstract
In this article, we analyze the renewal has meant the concept of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCOsince 2003.We reflect also about the importance of Spanish Plan para la salvaguarda del PCI and provide some constructive reflections within a very positive writeup. Also, with reference to Navarre, is a historical overview of the major milestones in raising awareness about this new concept and a critical assessment of the achievements. Finally, we present the Archivo del patrimonio inmaterial de Navarra-Nafarroako ondare ez-materialaren Artxiboa as a tool of identification, documentation, research, outreach and education of heritage.
