La legislación sobre patrimonio cultural inmaterial en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra [Legislation on Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Foral Community of Navarre]

Abstract

This article presents a review of the regulations governing the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Navarre, starting with the international scope (notably the unesco proposals, especially its 2003 Convention), continuing for the Spanish State laws (from the Law of Spanish Historical Heritage until the recent Law 10/2015 on the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage and including the National Plan of 2011) and focusing on the analysis of regional regulations, with a special attention to the regulations and initiatives in the Foral Community.
