Frantzisko Palacios euskal idazlearen sermoi bat [A sermon by the Basque writer Frantzisko Palacios]

Abstract

Francisco Palacios Lezeta (1727-1804) was a well-known preacher from the seminary of missionaries in Zarautz. This Franciscan left us with many sermons written both in Basque and Castilian. The work of Palacios, however, has still not been the object of study and if the current state of these papers is taken into account, then an examination of his work should be performed as soon as possible. The article contains a sermon which Palacios wrote in Basque, a good example of his literary skills, in the hope that researchers may take an interest.
