A propos d'un certain comparatisme

Abstract

The biology and the researches in the field of blood have proved the racial link between the old Amerindians and the Mongols of Asia. This fact should lead us to compare also the languages of both continents around the Pacific area, but including those of Central Siberia and perhaps until some of Euro e (finno-ugrian, basque..). An examination of very old roots and fundamental words (father, mother, personal pronouns, etc.) shows that this link actually exists. It could be very important to reconsider the value of «old-fashioned» comparisons, especially when basque is concerned.
