La Red de Bibliotecas Públicas [The Network of Public Libraries in Navarre]

Abstract

A review of the almost 70 year history of the Network of Public Libraries in Navarre, since it was first established in 1950 until present times. Particular emphasis is given to the different social, labour and administrative milestones which mark its history and which demonstrate a heightened reading experience and access to knowledge over the last few decades as a result of the arrival and implementation of the icts.
