Abstract

This article aims to shed light on the questions of why, when and how the urban plan for the revived city of the Navarrería was applied. It is a comprehensive study that has examined all the records of rent payments, letters, privileges and hearths related to the first residents to repopulate it. The analysis of historical data is completed with a study of the planimetric map of the city today, a physical reality that has survived quite well despite suffering alterations which are now no longer visible. The result is surprising because it relates the present with the first re-settlers who raised their buildings.
