Relaciones culturales entre Navarra y el sur de Francia en el siglo XI: las fábulas del manuscrito Madrid RAH 39
Abstract
The author analyzes three latin phables inserted in the mediaeval manuscript Madrid RAH 39, written in the mid eleventh century in the monastery of San Millan de la Cogolla (now Rioja, Spain), and concludes, given their relationship with the manuscripts London BL Burney 59 and Leiden Voss. lat. oct. 15, that they were inspired by texts produced in South France, in particular in the environment of San Martial at Limoges and the intellectual activity of the monk Ademar of Chabannes
