Abstract

According to some authors “El Quijote” is the epic of the Christendom. The author talks about the Christ of Don Quijote and comments the attitudes of the Ingenioso Hidalgo and Sancho Panza toward the Church, the priest and friars. Undeniable is the christian spirit of the novel.
