Implantación de la administración educativa liberal en Navarra: la Comisión de Instrucción Primaria, 1838-1858
Abstract
The Elementary Instruction Committee of Navarre was the first organization to lead the elementary education in Navarre, between 1838 to 1858. After the 1857 Moyano Act, it was replaced by the Public Instruction Council, the one in charge of all education bellow the college line.
The Elementary Instruction Plan of the 21st of July of 1838 appointed these committees to execute, at a regional level, the educational politics from the liberal governments, which, at that time, were involved in the creation of an even and centralized educative national system.
