Abstract

The Accounts section of the General Archive of Navarra conserves documents concerning the expenses generated by royal residences as of the second half of the xiv century. The document studied here supplies interesting accounts with which it is possible to reconstruct economic life, customs, tastes, forms of worship, celebrations...
The document is conserved in the form of a 135-page manuscript written in Navarran and, at times, French, owing to the staff accompanying Carlos II.
