Los museos locales navarros. Su incidencia en el desarrollo social

Abstract

The characteristics of a local museum are presented, and then those that belong to the Museum Network of Navarre are described. After the presentation of each one, the requirements arising from the demands that society makes on these museums will be dealt with (i.e. preserve heritage, promote activities, the efficient management of resources, provide a public service…). After consideration of the limitations on the operation of the network the contribution to social development of the museums will be described, both in economic and social terms.
