Abstract

On studying the names of the donors that appear in this document from Leire, it is possible to outline the hypothesis that Galindo de Córdoba and his family were descendants of the sons of Íñigo Garcés, brother of King Sancho Garcés I. One of these sons was killed in Liédena, while the rest fled to Cordoba in the first third of the X century.
