Abstract

Traditionally, leaders of the early Kingdom of Pamplona can be grouped into two dinasties; the so called Iñiga dinasty (IX century) and the Jimena dinasty (from year 905 A.D. onwards). The presenter of this paper tries to contribute with data that lead to the demonstration of the fact that both dinasties come from a common trunk, which is a hypothesis already sketched by some historians.
