Abstract

The creation of the Provincial Parliament in April 1979 was the last milestone in the process of democratization of the foral (autonomous) institutions of Navarre. This piece of research shows the journalistic discourse of the two local dailies (Diario de Navarra and El Pensamiento Navarro) about this event and aims to contribute to the definition of their political profiles.
