Abstract

The article examines the difficulties of reorganization of the navarrese carlism in the decade of the sixties. The strong opposition to the politics of collaboration with the regime stimulated in Navarre by his regional chief, Francisco Javier Astrain, blocks the undertaken national reactivation. The regional headquarters of Guipúzcoa will have an influence in this determination. Antonio Arrúe will powerfully encourage the opposite current to the navarrese chief Francisco Javier Astrain.
