Abstract

The social relevance of the Cathedral Chapter is mainly manifested in the socioeconomic background of the members that integrated this church community. As we inquiry into this background, we may obtain interesting conclusions on how the Cathedral chapter was organized throughout the fourteenth century. Thus, we can see how there is a tendency to form sagas or linages where family relationships are a good enough reason to let new members join the Cathedral Chapter in Pamplona.
