Tres décadas de Scriptum S. L. en los archivos de Navarra (1986-2016) [Three decades of Scriptum S. L. in Navarre’s archives (1986-2016)]

Abstract

Scriptum Ltd. is a private company which has been working for three decades (1986-2016) on the organization and description of numerous public and private archives. The paper explains this work classifying it by archives. Among other works, we wish to highlight: the description of 340.000 16th to 19th century legal proceedings and the description and filing of 58.000 civil law notary protocols (General Archive of Navarre); the organization and description of nearly 100.000 archive boxes (Administrative Archive), and of archives from 70 small-town halls, 169 village halls and 58 justice of the peace courts, as well as the Pamplona Cathedral Archive and several parish archives.
