El gremio de San José y Santo Tomás de Pamplona hasta el siglo XVII

Abstract

This article tries to give an approximated vision of the carpenters´ and sculptors ´ union of Pamplona, called the brotherhood of St. Thomas Apostle and St. Joseph, beginning in the 14th century and arriving to 1600. Inside are analyzed the decrees, learning contracts, the maestry exams and the invocations of this institution. Many materials of different archives have been used to finish this study, like account books, notarial protocols, exam acts, etc.
