Revistas literarias III
Abstract
This continues the story of the literary magazines from Navarra in the second half of the 20th century. It entails a contribution towards knowledge of the evolution of trends and authors grouped together around each magazine. Pamiela, sponsored by the publishing house of the same name, came into existence in 1983 and following fifteen irregularly-distributed issues, came to an end in the winter of 1993. The presence of Basque culture is visible from the start but is accentuated in subsequent issues with signatures from Vizcaya and Guipúzcoa and monographic subjects such as “The Life of Euskara (the Basque language)”.
