Presence of the poetry of Ángel Martínez Baigorri in the literary history of Navarra since 1970

Abstract

The fiftieth anniversary of the death of the poet Ángel Martínez Baigorri (1899-1971) is celebrated. In this study, two objectives are attempted: to verify that the general publications on the history of literature in Navarra from 1970 to the present include references to the poetic work of AMB and collect these references, to give a brief idea of ​​its character. For this, a review of these publications has been carried out, some peculiarities and / or circumstances of them are recalled, and what is referred to the author's work is provided. It is found that in all these publications there appears, brief or more extensive, mention of AMB, and that his work deserves to be read.
