Abstract

The author concludes in this article the examination of the PNV (Partido Nacionalista Vasco) regarding the Basque Country-Navarra Statute Project during 1931 and 1932. The present article covers the period from June 1932 up to December of the same year, when the PNV of Vizcaya (Bilbao) planned and set on foot the Comisión pro Nabarra y Araba in order to help the two no nationalists provinces.
