Planimetría de la iglesia mozárabe del monasterio de San Salvador de Leire
Abstract
We can deduce by the plans of the excavation that, the church of the monastery of Saint Saviour in Leire, had an old history before the actual reality of the Romanesque and Gothic buildings. According this opinion we can say that the plant of the excavations was of one mozarabic church divided in three chapels in the head, with two very short aisles. Due to the comparations that we had established, we can deduce that it was not a very important church in the mozarabic planimetry, like the ones built in the river basin of the Duero, but of less capacity and we suppose with rude decorations also.
