Abstract

Since the creation of the Audiovisual Cluster of Navarra (CLAVNA) in February 2017 the development of the associative model around the value chain of the Navarre audiovisual industry has been exponential, due to the tax incentive for filming. Great advances have taken place: the first screening of companies and professionals of the territory that brings us a thousand contacts; or the CLAVNA Strategic Plan 2018-2020,  Inquiring in technical tables, interviews and institutions how to face the difficulties of an atomized industry with complicated financing. The cluster model has generated an overview into the future in a structured and meditated way on real synergies.
